I am a "Western World" traveler who has been to many places such as Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Rome, London, Paris, & Barcelona. This hotel has by far exceeded my expectations. It has an EXCELLENT staff that became my actual friends, a wonderful breakfast of your own choosing of various delicious delights, a 24/7 housekeeping crew that is always there when I need it, an excellent security "screening" of the crew (I had placed "honeypot" items that were still there when I left), absolutely no outside noise (even from the next room), it is placed in the best location possible in Zurich (the lake, the Bahnhofstrasse – Zurich's and Europe's Shopping Boulevard, many excellent restaurants, etc. are all 5 to 10 minutes walk away), and more. The stay was fantastic.

The staff members were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would like to particularly mention Hadia from the restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and I truly enjoyed starting my day with such a great meal. The room I stayed in was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. I absolutely loved my time at the hotel and would happily give it a five-star rating.

Every wish was fulfilled immediately and we would like to express our special thanks to the reception and especially Kaltrina, who made us feel at home at all times. We will definitely be back. For sure - one of the best Hotels ever!
